Introduction to data extraction forms

You can build data extraction form directly in the project (project level) or in the Templates library (organization level).  

To open the database with data extraction forms, click the 'Templates' icon on the left-side navigation panel, then go to the ‘Extraction form’ tab. 

You you have the following permissions:

• Delete template from organizational assets.

• Create new template 

• Modify existing templates

• Make a copy of the template

• Set up a default data extraction form in your organisation

Restrictions: This Templates library of data extraction forms  is only available to Admin, Owner, and Data Manager roles, and only they have permission to create new templates  or modify existing ones. However, all project managers have access to these templates  in projects where they have permission to upload and modify them according to the specific project topic. They can also save these new templates as organization assets. Data Managers, Admins, or Owners can accept or reject these new templates at the organization level.
