Data extraction
- Subsections
Introducing a new feature in the extraction form: Subsections. These are groupings of fields tailored for specific uses, such as breaking down outcome data by intervention or for comparison values. Especially useful for complex forms, it seamlessly integrates with the extraction form table.
There are three types of subsections:
Basic Subsection: Allows users to add repeated field groups, which is useful for data like multi-country studies or multiple inclusion criteria. These have model support.
Group-Level Data Subsection: Used to extract group-level data, like outcomes by intervention arm. They must be linked to a section. Recommended to use with the extraction form table.
Comparisons Subsection: Used to extract comparison values between arms, such as p-values, OR, or RR. They also must be linked to a section and used with the extraction form tables.
- Duplicate entry
Easily copy an existing entry to reuse and adjust similar data.
At the end of the study extraction, we will check if any identical entries have been left.
- Extraction template redesign
Experience a refreshed look for both old and new features in the extraction view.
