If adjustments are necessary for the number of tasks allocated to reviewers—perhaps due to variations in efficiency among reviewers or concerns about time availability—you can utilize redistribution mechanisms to make these changes.
Click on the arrow in the Extraction Task panel and select 'Modify the Process.
Restriction: Only records without any progress will be sent back to distribution. For instance, if a researcher extract some data and clicks ’ saved draft’ for a particular record, that record will remain distributed in the initial distribution.You can choose one of the following option
Setup distribution with different configuration
This action will allow Researchers to complete only started studies. The rest of the tasks will go back to the pool and you will be able to distribute them once again.
Manage Researchers (this option is available only when open pool method was selected) . You can add or remove the ability to claim tasks for each team member.
