How to save your progress in data extraction

All extracted data are automatically saved during the extraction process. Once you have finished your work for the study, click 'Finalize.' You will then be redirected to a module  that verifies whether all data were extracted correctly, checking for empty fields, missing connections, and non-coded extracted values.

Remember to send the extracted studies by clicking ‘Send ready extractions’ button in the reference list, as in the previous stages. Only when you send your data extraction forms, they will be visible for other Researchers to perform Quality Assurance.  

Note: Once you have clicked on Send Ready Extraction, you will not be able to modify the extracted data here. Modifications are possible during the quality assurance stage, in the data cleaning module and on the reference detail view in the manager section.
