How to set up the default project setting at the organisation level
Clicking the gear icon in the left navigation bar will take you to the Organisation settings panel. The first modification option is to change the Project setting. In this tab you can make several main changes to projects, which will be applied to newly created projects in the organisation:
Standard workflow - here, you can choose which stages will be included in the standard workflow when creating new projects in your organization (to see how ‘Standard workflow’ option will look like when creating the new project setup, go to the ‘Creating a new project’ section.
Default screening type - here, you can choose between single and double screening as a default screening type. Project managers will be able to change the type during project setup, but the type selected here will be visible initially
Email managers about completed tasks - allows to decide if users should be notified after completing tasks. Email will be sent once all distributed tasks, at any project's stage, are completed. You can also decide who will receive the email message - only manager who created the project or all managers in the project
Key reference information - allows you to select which key information will be displayed above the reference in each project.
Extraction summary export types - you can choose which export types will be available in the projects extraction summary. Available formats are CSV, XLSX, JSON, BRAT.

This module is available to Owners only.
How to change scope of tasks (permissions) for project roles
As an Owner, you can change the scope of tasks that each type of user can perform on an individual project. You can change the scope of Team, References and Stage Management.
Note that in some cases, changing the ability to perform a single project task for a particular user role may significantly affect the ability to perform other tasks. Therefore, if you need to change the project settings, please contact the Laser AI team to change the settings safely.

RIS file mapping is described in the References management chapter.
