During the ongoing Full text screening process, you can modify Full text screening instructions for the following sections:
- By modifying field instructions associated with each Include and Exclude button
- By changing the names of buttons and tags
- By adding new tags
- By adding or removing highlights
Warning: Please be aware that modifying Inclusion/Exclusion button or tag names during an ongoing screening process can potentially lead to inaccurate results. Specifically, if you rename a button while the screening is in progress, any records previously excluded/included using the old button name will automatically update to reflect the new button name. Any modifications to button or tag names should be carefully considered.
It is not possible to:
- Remove existing inclusion/exclusion button
- Remove existing tag
- Add new inclusion/exclusion button
Tip: Do not hesitate to modify and edit the instructions at any time during the screening. If researchers have problems with the instruction, you can clarify the text of the instruction after discussion.
