Full-text screening instructions set up

For the full-text screening stage, you have three possible options:

• Load instruction from the previous stage - if the screening criteria for the full-text stage are similar to those from the Title and Abstract Screening stage, you can quickly upload the same template from the previous stage, modify if necessary and start screening.

Tip: Use this option if you would like to use structure comments from the previous stage. Otherwise selections using the previous set will be lost.

• Pick from templates - your organisation may have already prepared templates ready to reuse in similar projects in the full-text screening stage so that you can use and modify them.

• Use an empty form - if you want to build your full-text form, you can do it by choosing the 'Use an empty form' option.

Tip: Make sure to create screening instructions first, as records cannot be distributed without them.

All details related to the creation of the Screening instruction as well as Screening instruction management are available in the ‘Screening instructions’ section. Remember that you can modify uploaded templates and overwrite them as a separate file.
