My projects list

Right after logging in, you will see a list of projects you're involved in. 

Restrictions: Please note that your view of this panel as well as the level of access you have to organisation assets (Templates, Vocabularies, Highlights and User managementis determined by your role within the organisation.  If your role is Member, you may only have access to projects that you have been invited to. The description below shows the full functionality usually associated with the Administrator/Manager role. 


Projects are organized in folders. To manage projects or folders select the dot menu at the end of the row. In these settings  you can change their details, archive or delete them. Deletion of the folder results in deletion of all projects it contains. 

At the top of panel you will find a place to search for projects. The search bar allows you to search for specific projects or folders if you have more than one. You can also select specific projects by status (All Projects / Projects I'm Working On / Projects With My Tasks) and sort your projects and folders by starting with the most recent and working your way through them from A to Z.

Side navigation panel consists of Project, Users, Highlights Library, Vocabularies and Templates.
