Quality Assurance stage modifications


You could modify the process of QA stage. You can choose one of the following option:


  • Manage Researchers (available only for the Open pool method of records distribution)

You can add or remove the ability to claim tasks for each team member


  • Setup QA with different configuration

This action will allow Researchers to complete only ongoing reviews. The rest of the tasks will go back to the pool and you will be able to set up a new QA process.


  • Cancel QA 

All ongoing QA reviews will be discontinued. The results of the first extraction and completed QA will be immediately available in the extraction summary.


  The 'Modify the process' tab in the Distribution details at the Quality assurance stage.
