Uploading many PDFs

You can import a single PDF and whole groups of documents into Laser AI. Our model will automatically match the PDF to the appropriate references:

1. Select References section

2. Choose ‘Import PDFs'.

3. Select files to upload or drag them to a panel. 

You can also use the Full-text stage dashboard to upload PDFs.

Remember that more than one PDF can be attached to a single reference - you can add all the supplements, conference posters and protocols and keep them in one place. To add supplements to PDF you should use the Reference details view. 

Tip: You don't need to create an ideal title for the PDF. However, a name with author, year and title will speed up the AI model's matching to references. Click here to learn how to do it in Endnote. If you don't have time to rename PDFs, this is not a problem for the Laser AI mode

Note: In projects that start with title and abstract screening stage the automatic  matching  of PDFs and references will work for references that have moved to the Full Text stage
