How to extract data with the AI model suggestions?

Some concepts or data can be extracted using the AI model (model suggestions), but you must verify and confirm them.

AI suggestions can be enabled for both text and vocabulary fields 

When model suggestions are extracted directly into data extraction templates in text fields

1. Click on the field name.
2. You will be redirected to the document's corresponding section containing the extracted value.
3. Accept or reject this suggestion in the data extraction form.
4. Modify extracted value if necessary

To extract data that requires coding, use vocabulary fields. These fields allow you to select the appropriate code that best represents the extracted data from a provided list. Vocabularies are created and uploaded by the Data Manager or Project Manager and can be reused in different projects.

To add term from the vocabulary list: 

1. Verify the model suggestion. 

2. Accept or reject the suggestion.

3. If you accept an extracted value or add the correct one, you will see a button to expand the vocabulary. 

4. Select the correct value from the vocabulary (if extracted value to not match perfectly to list of code).

5. As a Researcher, you can also  add new term to the vocabulary (it will be a suggestion for your project manager).
