Changing distribution method and redistribution during Full text screening

Changing distribution method for remaining references

While performing Full text screening, you can change the screening setup for the next batches of records, or for the remaining records in the same batch in case if you have previously distributed only part of it.

To change the distribution method for the next references, select the 'Setup distribution' button in the stage dashboard. In the next tab you can change the screening method to Proportional or Individual. You can also set up automatic distribution, but please note that once you have selected this option you won't be able to change the screening method in the future. To save changes click ‘Setup’.

Redistribution of references

If adjustments are necessary for the number of tasks allocated to reviewers, you can utilize redistribution mechanisms to make these changes.

Click on the arrow in the Screening Task panel and select 'Modify distribution.'

In the panel dedicated to modifying distribution you have two actions available:

1.  Revert not started references - Tasks that are already in progress will remain assigned to their current researchers. References that have not been started will be returned to the pool and may be reassigned using a different distribution method.

2.  Revert references without final decision - Only references with a recorded final decision will remain assigned. References that are still in progress or have only one decision recorded during double screening will be returned to the pool. Please note that any unsaved or incomplete changes made by researchers may be lost.
