Title and abstract stage dashboard overview

Please note, that the view and options in this section will vary depending on your role within the project and your organisation. If your role is Member/Visitor, you may not have access to this section. The description below shows the full functionality usually associated with the Administrator/Manager role.

After selecting Title and abstract screening in the Project Dashboard, you will be redirected to the Stage Dashboard which provides an overview of the current screening status and enables navigation to key settings.

  • Instructions and structured comments - set up inclusion and exclusion criteria, add additional highlights and structured comments.

  • Screening method - select the type of screening, i.e. single or double. You will need to decide on the screening method before you distribute the screening task to the team members.

  • Screening tasks - a panel to distribute references among researchers according to the previously selected method. After the distribution, the team members will be notified about new tasks assigned. During the screening you can modify the distribution process.

  • Conflicts - a panel to preview conflicts between researchers. Here you can see all records being conflicted and decisions given by researchers. You can also select the method of conflict resolution, depending on the conflict type.

  • Progress panel - here, you can follow the progress and statistics of the screening (Screening progress) and each researcher (Team progress). You go directly into the batch of those records by clicking arrows near the particular decision type (to review, conflicts, included, excluded records).
