In Laser AI, there are two possible ways to manage conflicts:

  • Automatic conflict management - after selecting 'Automate conflict management', any current and future record being in conflict will be resolved in a rule specified by manager.
  • Non-automatic conflict management - when you disable the 'Automate conflict management' option, only current conflicts will be resolved in a rule specified by manager. Future conflict resolution methods will have to be redefined.
