You can make additional changes related to the targeted fields.
Required field - this option informs the Researcher that a particular field should be extracted, while they try to send the extraction without filling in these fields.
Key field - enables you to decide if this field should be used as an object name
Input validation - This function allows you to verify if the extracted value is consistent with your assumptions (to see more information, check “Input validation” section)
Note: In the case of editing required field, input validation and key field, will be available only for new distributions
Data Extraction form modification - load new template after distribution
If major changes need to be made to the extraction form, a new template can be uploaded.
To upload new template, in the ‘‘Data Extraction form’ tab choose ‘Load template’ button. You will be redirected to the list of available templates to be uploaded.
Note that complete change of form will cause loss of data in the Extraction Summary for all previously extracted studies - The Extraction Summary table is reset to only contain data based on the new template
